One of the most unique records you'll here in a long time by one of the most unique bands to grace the stage and studio. From the band that was "unplugged" before unplugged was fashionable comes this collection of their best material. Their's is music to make you feel better about life while still acknowledging some of it's darker undersides.
Included is the new version of the popular "Mesmerized", along with such tight, full-speed rockers as "Norman Fell" and "Crippled Mind" and the acoustic heavy metal "Boxed". Their slower, more haunting works are featured here as well, and plenty of jazz-style instrumental work. The record is kicked of with one such track, the jazzy-lounge number "Yak". Don't think "acoustic" means folk masses and hippie protest songs. It's all-acoustic all right, but with an emotional breadth and diversity which is unusual in ANY style of rock. "Alternative" in the true sense of the word.
